• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat fee via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Responsibilities:

Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct—we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first, then contact us for assistance.

Refund Processing:
