We carefully pack and ship your order from our nursery in Eureka, California, to plant enthusiasts across the globe (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia due to shipping restrictions).
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: All orders are lovingly prepared within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s our simple process.

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Please see the important exceptions below to keep our little ecosystem thriving.

- Terrarium Kits & Supplies (unused and in original packaging)
- Glass containers, Hangers, and Terrarium Decor
- Plant Care Kits (unopened)
- Organic Plant Food & Slow-Release Plant Food (unopened)
- Decorative Moss and Miniatures
โ What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged?
To ensure the health of our living products and maintain hygiene standards, the following are final sale:
- All Living Plants: This includes Air Plants, Succulent Plants, Succulents, and Plants sold individually. Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on live flora.
- Opened or Used Consumables: Any opened packages of Plant Food, Organic Plant Food, or Slow-Release Plant Food.
- Personalized or Custom Items.
- Items damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery.
Important: If your living plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
๐ Simple 5-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact us via email within 15 days of receipt. Use the template below.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all parts. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name.
- Ship It Back: Mail the package to our nursery address (provided in your RMA email). We recommend using a trackable service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Let Us Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund or exchange.

๐ธ Refunds: Timing & Method
We process refunds with the same care we give our succulentsโthoughtfully and promptly.
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. The time for funds to appear in your account then depends on your financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days.
- PayPal: Usually within 24-48 hours.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective item.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the original return is received and inspected. If the new item has a higher value, we will charge the difference. For a lower value item, we will refund the difference.
