Just as we carefully handpick every adorable resin pot and select each vibrant succulent, we pack and ship your order with the same level of love and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure your little pocket of peace arrives safely, ready to bring calm and joy to your home, desk, or as a heartfelt gift.

We ship worldwide (excluding a few remote areas*) from our sunny home in Eureka, California, wrapping each item with care to protect its journey across the miles.

Once you place your order, our small team springs into action! We need 1-2 business days to lovingly prepare your package. This means:

• Gently selecting the perfect plants from our collection.
• Securely wrapping delicate glass terrariums and decorative moss.
• Including all the essentials like care guides for your Plant Care Kit or Terrarium Kits.
• Packing with eco-friendly materials where possible, because we care for your plants and our planet.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your green happiness is on its way!

• Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs or prices.

🔁 Our Happiness & Returns Policy

We are confident you’ll love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our friendly customer care team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the simple process.

Please note: Due to the living nature of our products, plants, succulents, and air plants are only eligible for return or refund if they arrive damaged. A photo within 48 hours of delivery will help us resolve this quickly for you.
